I built my own house roof-down too.
Dstro exists because I've run businesses on rented attention, watched the cost climb every quarter, and paid for the lesson with my own money. Not a client's.
The short version.
I'm [FOUNDER NAME]. Before Dstro I built [BUSINESS / NICHE], and I did it the same way you probably did: paid first, because paid worked. At peak I was spending [£X] a month on [PLATFORMS], and for a while the maths was beautiful.
Then the maths started moving. CAC crept [X]% in [TIMEFRAME]. Nothing about the product got worse. Nothing about the offer changed. The auction just got more expensive, and everything I'd built stood on it.
So I built underneath, the hard way, by trial and error on my own business: the community presence, the content built from real buyer language, the referral system, the outbound that carried pipeline while the rest set. It worked. [ONE SPECIFIC, VERIFIABLE RESULT]. Dstro is that build, systemised, for businesses in the position I was in.
Operator to operator.
- 01Small client list, on purpose. This work can't be done thin.
- 02We'll tell you what we can't do. No organic timeline promises, no dressed-up numbers, no pretending a trend is a census.
- 03The roof stays. If someone tells you to switch your ads off, walk out of that meeting.
- 04If the audit shows you don't need us yet, we'll say so. It's happened plenty.
