11 · The Rooms

The buying decision happens before they ever see your ad.

By the time someone clicks, they've usually already read a thread about the problem, or about you, or about your competitor. The only question is whether you were in the room.

01 · How it works

Ads catch demand. Rooms create it.

Your buyer doesn't start with your ad. They start with a question. They type it into Google, or they ask it in a subreddit, a Slack group, a trade forum, a comment section. They read what people like them say. They shortlist. They decide most of the decision.

Then they click an ad, and the ad gets the credit. The roof catches the customer that the rooms created. Which is fine, until you realise you're paying full price for demand that was shaped somewhere you have no presence.

02 · The Research

We don't guess the channel. We find it.

There's no universal answer to "where are your customers." Sometimes it's Reddit. Sometimes it's a 4,000-person Slack group, a niche forum that looks like it was built in 2009, or the comments under three YouTube channels. Generic channel lists are how budgets get wasted.

So we map it for your business specifically. Listening research shows where the problem gets discussed. Outbound replies show where real buyers say they spend time. The two together produce a shortlist of rooms that actually matter, ranked by how often buying decisions get shaped there.

The shortlist is part of the audit. You keep it either way.
